運営チーム（以下「運営者」）は、Webサイト「 β」（https://plixmo.pages.dev/ 、以下「本サイト」）と、今後提供するスマートフォンアプリ（以下「本アプリ」、本サイトとあわせて「本サービス」）での利用者の情報の取り扱いを、次のとおり定めます。

1. 本サイトで取り扱う情報

(1) アクセス解析の情報

本サイトでは、Cloudflare, Inc. が提供する「Cloudflare Web Analytics」を使い、次の情報を記録しています。

• 見たページのURL（ゲームへ移動するときに通る「/go/ゲーム名/」のページを含みます）
• どのサイトから来たか（リファラー）
• ブラウザ、OS、端末の種類、画面の大きさ
• 国・地域、日時

Cloudflare Web Analytics はCookieを使わず、利用者を追跡する目的の識別子を作らない仕組みとして提供されています。運営者は、これらの情報から個人を特定しません。

(2) 配信のための通信記録

本サイトはCloudflare Pagesで配信しています。ページを表示するときに、IPアドレスやブラウザの情報がCloudflareのサーバーで処理されます。これは、ページを届けることと、不正なアクセスを防ぐために使われます。

(3) あなたの端末の中だけに保存する情報

本サイトは、ブラウザの保存機能（localStorage）と、オフラインでも表示するためのキャッシュ（Service Worker）を使います。保存するのは次の情報で、運営者のサーバーには送られません。

• 最近遊んだゲーム、「あとで遊ぶ」に保存したゲーム、前回見たゲームの一覧（新作の表示に使います）
• 表示言語、絞り込みの設定、「ホームに置く」案内を閉じた日時、ミニゲームの自己ベスト

ブラウザの設定で本サイトのデータを削除すると、これらはすべて消えます。

(4) 外部サービスとリンク先

• Webフォント：文字の表示にGoogle Fontsを使っています。読み込みのときに、IPアドレスなどがGoogle LLCに送られます。
• Xでのシェア：「シェア」ボタンを押すとX（旧Twitter）の投稿画面が開きます。そこから先はXのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
• ゲームのリンク先：本サイトはゲームを置かず、作者のページへリンクしています。移動先のサイトには、本サイトから来たことが伝わる場合があります。移動先での情報の取り扱いは、各サイトのポリシーに従います。

(5) ゲームの投稿

「ゲームを投稿する」フォームから投稿いただいた場合、次の情報を受け取り、Cloudflareのデータ保存サービス（Workers KV）に保存します。承認した投稿は、本サイトで公開します。

• 公開される情報：ゲームのURL、タイトル、見出し、説明、ジャンル、作者名、XのID、アイコン（文字と色、またはアップロードした画像）
• 公開されない情報：投稿日時、審査の状態、迷惑な投稿を防ぐための接続元の情報（IPアドレスを日ごとに一方向の暗号化をした値。元のIPアドレスには戻せず、1日で自動的に消えます）

掲載をやめたい場合は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。公開と保存を停止します。

(6) お問い合わせの情報

掲載の停止・修正の依頼や、その他のお問い合わせをいただいた場合、お名前（ハンドル名）、連絡先、お問い合わせ内容を受け取ります。

2. 利用目的

1. 本サービスを提供し、表示を改善するため
2. どのゲームがよく遊ばれているかを集計し、ランキングやおすすめを作るため
3. 作者の方に、ゲームへの訪問数などを個人を特定しない形で伝えるため
4. 投稿されたゲームを審査し、掲載するため
5. お問い合わせや掲載停止の依頼に対応するため
6. 不正なアクセスやサービスの妨げになる行為を防ぐため

3. 第三者への提供と、海外の事業者の利用

運営者は、法令で認められる場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。

本サービスの提供のため、次の海外の事業者のサービスを利用しています。これらの事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーと、事業者が採用する国際的な保護の枠組みに基づいて情報を取り扱います。

アメリカ合衆国の個人情報保護の制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している情報をご確認ください。

4. Cookieについて

本サイトは、運営者が利用者を識別するためのCookieを使っていません。広告の配信も行っていません。

5. お子さまの利用について

本サイトは年齢を問わずご利用いただけますが、運営者はお子さまから意図して個人情報を集めることはありません。本アプリで年齢に関わる情報を扱う場合は、公開前にこのポリシーで取り扱いを定めます。

6. 開示・訂正・削除などのご請求

運営者が保有するご自身の情報について、開示、訂正、利用停止、削除を希望される場合は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで、法令に従って対応します。なお、本サイトでは端末内の記録を運営者が保有していないため、削除はブラウザの設定から行ってください。

7. 安全管理

運営者は、取り扱う情報への不正なアクセス、紛失、漏えいを防ぐため、利用するサービスのアクセス権限の管理など、必要な対策を行います。

8. 本アプリについて（今後の予定）

本アプリでは、友だちとチャットしながらゲームを遊ぶ機能を予定しています。その場合、次のような情報を扱う可能性があります。本アプリの公開前に、扱う情報・目的・保存期間・利用する事業者を具体的に定めてこのポリシーを改定し、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

• アカウント情報（メールアドレス、ログインに使うSNSアカウント、ニックネーム、アイコン）
• 友だちのつながり、チャットのメッセージ
• ゲームの記録、スコア、ランキング
• 通知を送るための端末の識別情報
• 不具合の調査のための動作記録
• 通報・ブロックの記録

9. このポリシーの改定

法令の変更や本サービスの内容の変更にあわせて、このポリシーを改定することがあります。大切な変更は、本サイト（本アプリの公開後はアプリ内も）でお知らせします。

The team ("we") explains here how we handle information on the website " β" (https://plixmo.pages.dev/, the "Site") and in the smartphone app we plan to release (the "App"; together, the "Service").

1. Information we handle on the Site

(1) Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., which records:

• The page URL you view, including the "/go/game-name/" pages you pass through on the way to a game
• The site you came from (referrer)
• Browser, operating system, device type and screen size
• Country or region, and time

Cloudflare Web Analytics is provided as a service that does not use cookies or create identifiers to track you. We do not use this information to identify anyone.

(2) Delivery logs

The Site is served by Cloudflare Pages. When a page loads, your IP address and browser information are processed on Cloudflare's servers to deliver the page and prevent abuse.

(3) Data stored only on your device

The Site uses your browser's storage (localStorage) and an offline cache (Service Worker). The following is stored there and is not sent to our servers:

• Recently played games, games you saved, and the list of games you have seen (used to mark new games)
• Your language, filter settings, when you dismissed the "Add to Home" prompt, and your mini game best score

Clearing this Site's data in your browser removes all of it.

(4) Third-party services and links

• Web fonts: We use Google Fonts. Loading them sends your IP address and similar data to Google LLC.
• Sharing on X: The Share button opens X (formerly Twitter). X's privacy policy applies from there.
• Game links: We do not host games. We link to each creator's page, which may see that you came from the Site. Each site's own policy applies there.

(5) Game submissions

If you submit a game through the "Submit a game" form, we receive the information below and store it in Cloudflare's data storage (Workers KV). Approved submissions are published on the Site.

• Published: game URL, title, headline, description, genre, creator name, X username, and icon (text and colors, or an uploaded image)
• Not published: submission time, review status, and a spam-prevention value derived from your IP address (a one-way hash that changes daily, cannot be turned back into your IP address, and is deleted automatically after one day)

To have a listing removed, contact us below and we will stop publishing and storing it.

(6) Contact

If you contact us, for example to remove or fix a listing, we receive your name or handle, your contact details and your message.

2. How we use information

1. To provide and improve the Service
2. To count which games are played most and build rankings and picks
3. To tell creators how many visits their games got, without identifying anyone
4. To review and publish submitted games
5. To respond to inquiries and removal requests
6. To prevent abuse and interference with the Service

3. Sharing and service providers outside Japan

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as permitted by law.

5. Children

The Site can be used by anyone, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If the App handles age-related information, we will set out how in this policy before release.

6. Your requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you, contact us below. We will verify your identity and respond as required by law. On the Site, records on your device are not held by us; delete them in your browser settings.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures, such as managing access to the services we use, to protect information against unauthorized access, loss or leakage.

8. The App (planned)

The App is planned to let you play games while chatting with friends. It may handle the information below. Before the App is released, we will update this policy with the specific information, purposes, retention periods and providers, and notify you in the App.

• Account information (email address, social login, nickname, icon)
• Friend connections and chat messages
• Game records, scores and rankings
• Device identifiers for push notifications
• Diagnostic logs to fix bugs
• Reports and blocks

9. Changes

We may update this policy when laws or the Service change. We will announce important changes on the Site, and in the App once it is released.
